England Vs USA – Ten England players including Maddison and Wilson completely deserved call-ups

Gareth Southgate made some big announcements as he unveiled England’s 26-man squad for the Football World Cup in Qatar on Thursday. James Maddison, Callum Wilson and Marcus Rashford have been among the headlines for their recent impressive performances for their respective clubs. While Harry Maguire and Trent Alexander-Arnold were selected despite their difficulties this season.

Jordan Pickford (Everton)

The best goalkeeper in Southgate. He didn’t let England down. Maybe you’re worried about him emotionally, but Pickford is good at stopping shots and has always had good foot control, which he showed at Everton.

Aaron Ramsdale (Arsenal)

Ramsdale deserved this challenge. He was great at Arsenal when we weren’t sure how he would do there after signing for Sheffield United two summers ago. A very good substitute goalkeeper.

Nick Pope (Newcastle)

He failed the audition in a 3-3 draw against Germany, but Pope was super for Newcastle. His heroism in the shoot-out victory over Crystal Palace in the League Cup on Wednesday was good too!

Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool)

Three stars on the basis that if Rhys James was available, I’m not sure Alexander-Arnold would be on this team. We know how well he is moving forward, but the debate about his defense will continue.

Kyle Walker (Man City)

Haven’t played for over a month due to a groin injury, which is worrying. But Southgate took the risk of getting the Manchester City defender. Walker is versatile and Southgate will use him.

Kieran Trippier (Newcastle)

I want Trippier to start from the right flank against Iran in the first match of the Football World Cup. He has a great serve, relentless energy on the right and a wealth of experience. England should use it.

Luke Shaw (Man Utd)

A good choice. With Ben Chilwell out due to injury, England have no options on the left back. Southgate’s choice of Shaw was never in doubt as he now began playing for Manchester United under Erik ten Hag.

Ben White (Arsenal)

Universality helps White. Is he needed in the center of defense? No problem. Back? He will also work there. White has had a brilliant season at Arsenal and his relationship with Saka will help England if Southgate uses both on that flank.

John Stones (Man City)

The central defense is a problem area in England. It will probably decide whether we will go deep in this World Cup or not. The Stones were firm for City. He is a good passer and is likely to start every game for England.

Conor Coady (Everton)

Who said Kodi can only play on one system? Yes, he was excellent in Wolverhampton’s back three, but now he’s improved Everton’s defense in their back four. He showed his critics that he was a good defender.

Eric Dier (Tottenham)

Harsh towards Mark Gehi and Fikayo Tomori? May be. Dyer was wrong. But I allow this challenge due to England’s lack of depth in this area. He plays in the back three of the Spurs, so he can do it for his country too.

Harry Maguire (Man Utd)

Look, I like Maguire. But the thing is, he doesn’t play games. He didn’t have a good last season at Manchester United and this last one isn’t much better. We cannot afford to relax people at the Football World Cup.

Declan Rice (West Ham)

Rice has matured as a player and is a good all-rounder. West Ham are lucky to have him in charge of their midfield. He will be one of the first names on Southgate’s team list. Also correct.

Jude Bellingham (Borussia Dortmund)

Can’t wait to see Bellingham in an England jersey this winter. He is only 19, he plays beyond his years. There is no dispute about whether he should or should not start next to Rice – he needs to.

Jordan Henderson (Liverpool)

I’m getting Henderson on. His experience will be decisive for England. He didn’t have his best season at Liverpool – there aren’t many, and Henderson will tell you that. But he is someone Southgate can rely on. For more know about Football World Cup Tickets.

Conor Gallagher (Chelsea)

James Ward-Prowse will be disappointed, but Gallagher is clearly talented. He had an amazing season at Crystal Palace last year and is now looking to become a starter for Chelsea. He’s a scammer, so I authorize this call!

Kalvin Phillips (Man City)

A pillar on England’s path to the Euro 2020 final, but I’m not sure about that. It comes down to him not having enough playing time. A fit Phillips would have received five stars, but he has only made one minute in the Premier League this season! This is gambling.

Mason Mount (Chelsea)

He was not at his best at Chelsea but he is very versatile and works very hard. Southgate trusts him on and off the property. That’s why he runs it so often. I want to see a confident Mount for England this winter.

James Maddison (Leicester)

I wrote that Maddison should be selected or he might come back to bite Southgate. It is a well-deserved call for the results he has shown this season with a struggling Leicester team. Bravo Southgate for making the right decision.

Harry Kane (Tottenham)

I don’t blame Kane for being frazzled. This season has been merciless for him. Kane is third in minutes in the Premier League behind Hugo Lloris and Virgil van Dijk. England is not the same without him.

Raheem Sterling (Chelsea)

You have to believe in Sterling. He’s not having his best season for Chelsea, but he’s important for England. Let’s not use him as a left winger like Graham Potter please, Southgate.

Phil Foden (Man City)

Sometimes I think Pep Guardiola kicked Foden off his team just to ruin our Fantasy Premier League teams! He is an amazing player, different from others, and an obvious choice for this Football World Cup.

Bukayo Saka (Arsenal)

Five star Saka. He had to go to this World Cup. His best position at Arsenal was on the right flank with the ball glued to his left foot. Whether he starts for England or comes on as a substitute, he will make an impact.

Jack Grealish (Man City)

I will allow it. His numbers aren’t what they should be for a super club like Manchester City, but Grealish is a good player who can change the game if he’s up to par. I know it, you know it, and Southgate knows it.

Marcus Rashford (Man Utd)

Another Manchester United player whose confidence seemed so low last season. Rashford is a good choice with his speed. If he picks up speed, England can use him effectively on the left flank.

Callum Wilson (Newcastle)

It’s Ws day! Walker, White and Wilson were drafted, while Tammy Abraham and Ivan Tony were dropped in favor of Wilson. Judging by the form, he should be in this team.
